Welcome to KittyCrafts. By accessing our server and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

2. Virtual Items

All purchases of ranks, crates, and cosmetics are final and non-refundable. These are virtual items with no real-world value.

3. Server Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the server at any time for violation of these terms or server rules.

4. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data Collection

We collect basic information such as your Minecraft username, IP address, and chat logs for moderation purposes. We also track gameplay statistics to improve the server experience.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used solely for server administration, creating statistics, and ensuring a safe environment. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Server Rules

To keep KittyCrafts the sweetest place on earth, please follow these rules:

• Be Respectful: No toxicity, hate speech, or harassment of any kind. Treat all players with kindness and respect.
• No Griefing: Do not destroy other players' builds or steal items in protected areas. Respect others' hard work.
• No Cheating: Use of hacked clients, x-ray mods, or exploit tools is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• Keep it Clean: No inappropriate skins, usernames, or chat content. This is a family-friendly server.
• Listen to Staff: Follow instructions given by server moderators and admins. They're here to help maintain a positive environment.
• No Advertising: Do not advertise other servers, Discord servers, or external services without permission.
• No Scamming: Trading scams or attempts to deceive other players will result in immediate punishment.
• Report Issues: If you encounter bugs, exploits, or rule violations, report them to staff immediately.

Punishment System

Violations of server rules will result in:

• First Offense: Warning or temporary mute (minor violations)
• Second Offense: Temporary ban (1-7 days)
• Third Offense: Extended ban (14-30 days)
• Severe Violations: Permanent ban (hacking, severe harassment, scamming)

Note: Staff reserve the right to take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation, regardless of offense count.
